Hey y'all!  

Wanted to show you some of the things I've been doing, besides designing, painting, etc.  

Canning!  Preserving!  Making mixes instead of using mixes with ingredients I cannot identify, much less pronounce!  It's pretty simple - sugar, flour, salt, baking soda/powder, spices - sift together, put in a mason jar and ta daaaa!

Pumpkin muffins in less than 20 minutes!  Have recipe cards, saying, "all you gotta do is add the dry mix to canned pumpkin, eggs, and oil!"  Well, mix it all up, you got muffins, cake, cookies, easy peasy.  Plus you can reuse the jar and keep more cardboard out of the recycle bin!  Recipes available on request.  Enjoy your Sunday!
